Study on Theory and Model of the Optimum Combination of Fire Insurance and Fire Protection

摘要：

One noteworthy trend of fire risk management in China will be the combination of fire insurance and fire protection, but now relevant study is still a blank. This paper analyzes the economic theories and methods of the optimum combination model based on same foreign advanced experiences and actual situation in China. The economic evaluation model of fire investment will be changed after considering fire insurance. The optimum combination involves a comprehensive application of management, economics and insurance in the field of fire protection. The optimum model should be built on the equilibrium of the government, underwriters and property owners. All the researches in this paper will provide theoretical and methodological guides for reasonable decision-making in fire risk management.
