Numerical Simulation of Prediction for Mining Subsidence under Railway in Guo Er-Zhuang Mine
That the railway cant normally operate or even traffic accidents happen may result from the surface and railway deformation caused by mining under the railway in coal area. FLAC3D was used to simulate the displacement and deformation of the superincumbent and surface happening after coal-mining under railway in Guo Er-zhuang Mine 22208 face. By comparing the results of measured surface railway deformation with the results of FLAC3D, it is shown that FLAC3D, which can simulate the actual geological conditions, is a simple and effective way. The simulation results is consisted with measured results, provide the basis for filed mining design.
