Integrated Intelligent Methodology for Slope Risk Analysis

Risk analysis is important to slope engineering analysis and design. The conventional slope stability analysis may cause the slope design to be over conservative. To avoid such misleading results, in this paper, risk of slope engineering was analyzed by combining support vector machine (SVM) with limit equilibrium method (LEM), fast order second momem ffOSM) and Monte Carlo simulation (MCS). The proposed approach were applied an application example and analyzed. The comparisons between different methods were presented. The results show the proposed approach are effective in slope risk analysis.
