Research on Inhibition Effectiveness of Organic Antioxidant on Coal Oxidation at Low Temperature

The inhibition effectiveness of five kinds of organic antioxidants on coal low temperature oxidation with different concentration and dispersion degree was studied on the basis of CO concentration in this paper. Firstly the inhibition curves on suppressing coal low temperature oxidation were given. Then some results could be gained through the experimental and theoretical analysis. The inhibition effectiveness of five kinds of organic antioxidants was related with their concentration and the degree of dispersant. The inhibition effectiveness of organic antioxidant A is better than that of the organic antioxidant NA. By parity of reasoning, the inhibition effectiveness of organic antioxidant NA is better than N. The inhibition effectiveness of orgaaic antioxidant N is better than RD whose inhibition effectiveness is better than that of B. The inhibition effectiveness of antioxidants has something w/th their concentration of the organic sntioxidant when the identical dispersant is used. The inhibition effectiveness of the same organic antioxidant with the concentration of 20% is better than the concentration of 10%. By parity of reasoning, the inhibition effectiveness of the same organic antioxidaut with the concentration of 10% is better than the concentration of 5%. The inhibition effectiveness of the same organic antioxidant with the concentration of 5% is better than the concentration of 1% The inhibition effectiveness of the identical organic antioxidant with dispersant is better than that without dispersant when the concentration is uniform.
