Investigation of Influencing Factors of Infrared Image Detecting in Buried Oil-Stolen Pipelines
Oil in the buried pipelines is stolen frequently almost in every oil field, which brings great loss to petroleum enterprise. Infrared imaging technology introduces an untouched detecting method, which can be used for locating the stolen positions under the unopened digging condition. Because the infrared imaging technology is affected by the environment badly, the three-dimension physical model is established for the buried oil-stolen pipelines in this paper, numerical simulations of temperature field distribution around the pipeline are gave for different conditions and the influencing factors of the infrared image detecting technology used in buried oil stolen pipelines are also considered. The results show that infrared image detecting technology is suitable for the windless night and dawn in winter or autumn. Scientific basis for infrared image detecting technology used in buried oil pipelines is provided in this paper.
