Influence Analysis and Simulated Computing of Flare System in Chunxiao Natural Gas Treatment Plant

In order to ensure the safety of the natural gas treatment plant, the flare system must be evaluated in the factors including burning efficiency, heat radiation, gas diffusion etc. Therefore, the gas treatment plant could meet the requirements for avoiding personncl injuries and the environment pollution. Focus on the factors of heat radiation and diffusion, the influence analysis and simulated computing of flare system was discussed detailed with Chanxiao natural gas treatment plant as an research object. Based on the geography and meteorologic situation of this plant, four conditions which need risk assessment was put forward. Secondly, the heat radiation of the sprayed flame was calculated and the radiant intensity curve in different wind speed under different conditions was simulated with spray diffusion pattern. Thirdly, the gas diffusion concentration was calculated adopting the Gauss 3-D model, and the length and height of the gas diffusion was educed in different wind speed and under different conditions. Moreover, the gas diffusion in various wind speed and under urgent conditions of flare system was simulated. At the end, the safety evaluation for this flare system is concluded through enfluence analysis and simulating forenamed.
