Capability and Application of Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Technology

Aerosol fire extinguishing agent is a late.model fire extinguishing agent, it has many advantages such as environmental friendly, extinguishing fire quickly, lasting effects, low-cost, extinguishing fire scope widely and so on. The technique development is about 40 years abroad, and it has several series of the products such as fixed type, handheld, wall hang type, throw type and so on. The development of aerosol technology in domestic has a history of more than ten years, but the related reports about portable and throw type of aerosol have not exist in China. A suit of pattern of throw type of aerosol fire extinguishing grenade was designed, and simultaneously the effect of aerosol fLee extinguishing agent in bigger space was validated. The result indicate that structure of this sample is viable, filter net with smaller amount and bigger mesh should be use, in addition the extinguishing efficiency is hish, the efficiency is only 81.3g/m3.
