Analysis of the Fire-Resistance for Large-Space Steel Grid Structures
Large-space grid structures are often used as roofs of buildings with dense crowds. This paper presents a fire simulation of a factory workshop and gives the time-temperature curve by using FDS. On this basis, the coupled thermo-mechanical internal forces and displacements of grid structure are processed by using finite element ANSYS software when the fire occurred in different places. Some conclusions can offer a useful reference for fire protection design and rescue of this type of structure.
