Application Research on Urban Hazard Installation Management and Its Visualization Based on GIS

Industrial accident happened frequently in recent years, which is a trouble for the development of China. So the chief task at present is to establish a hazard installation monitor system, manage it strictly in an omnidirectional and full-process way and improve the level of the safety management, avoid the accidents. The hazard installation location decision-making math model is established on the base of multi-objective optimized theory and AHP method in this paper. The theoretical harmful range model of the hazard installation is presented, and GIS realized its visualization in the system. The database of the hazard installation is established in the system, and the bidirectional query between the position and its attribute was realized, the population and possession could be estimated by the statistical function of GIS. The system provides a powerful support for either the daily management or emergency rescue.
