Construction of Emergency Coaction Safety Information System for Chemical Incidents

摘要：

The construction of emergency response information platform for chemical industry is one of the key development goals set for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of China. In this paper, the integrated emergency response information system for chemical incidents of a large chemical group company is investigated, and its function, structure, technical route and key solutions are analyzed and discussed. The practical effects of the system are also prospected.
