Research on Emergency Response of Disaster Chains
Nowadays,due to increasing congestion in industrial complexes and increasing density of human population around such complexes, isolated disaster is so rare and a disaster often causes a Wies of derivative disasters. An emergency response procedure for disaster chains is presented, which is performed through three levels. An illustrative case is used to show how to identity and manage disaster chain relationships. Quantitative physical model and the method of comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process can be used to quantify the triggering relationships. The results are useful to allocate emergency rescue resource and help managers make scientific preparedness plan during emergency response.
