Study on Optimal Emergency Resource Dispatching Policy Based on Modified Transportation Model
Under the time constraints, and considering the supply-and-demand relation between depots and demand-points, this paper modifies the transportation model to get the optimal quantity model of dispatched emergency resource when the supply equal or unequal to demand, aiming to resolve the problem of the optimal emergency resource dispatched quantity between multi-depots and multi-demand-points. The objective of the optimization model is minimize the expended time, and find the reasonable policy for emergency resource dispatching. And we use the Network Modeling version 1.00, the module of WinQSB to compute. Finally, we use the optimization model and the module to analyze a case, and discuss the application of it to real-world problems. This paper concludes with a summary of results and recommendations for future research.
