Study on Emergency Management System in Chemical Industry Regions

摘要：

Chemical industry regions indicate that chemical enterprises in China are tending to be scaled, integrated and multi-valued. However, the chemical industry regions in China dont have a perfect emergency management system till now so that we can not prevent and control all accidents due to the safety hazard in chemical industry regions. So the authors establish the 1131 model of emergency management and the corresponding system which are consisted of the system of emergency training and exercise, the system of digital emergency plan, the simulation and analysis system of the result of accident The system provides a reference and basis for the study on emergency systems.
