Discussion about Construction of Emergency Rescue Command System Based on GIS River Hydropower Station

摘要：

According to the analysis of the present state of the emergency rescue, the importance of the emergency rescue and the information of the water and electricity emergency rescue, the model of the construction of the emergency rescue command system about the river hydropower station has been brought out in this thesis. This system choices the advanced computer network, GIS, GPS technique, constructs the emergency action command system of the river hydropower station. The function of the system includes the emergency rescue organization system, the system of the planning for emergency, the system of the emergency safeguard and emergency drilling, the evaluation of the emergency competence and so on.
