Effects of Information and Emergency Signs on People in Evaluation

摘要：

An announced evacuation participated by more than 400 of students was conducted in a 4 floors dormitory building. The evacuees were invited to complete a questionnaire survey to provide data for analysis. In the present paper, the effects of information and emergency signs on people in evaluation are discussed, including informations effects on first reaction, what information can make evacuees staying calm, if emergency signs are noticed and emergency signs effects on exit choice. The results show that the more direct and detailed information are sent, the more helpful for evacuations and emergency signs are important in evacuation.
