Study on Combined Emergency Response Plan System of Coal Mine Fateful Accidents

According to the study on existing problems of traditional coal mine emergency response plan, this paper puts forward the combined emergency response plan system. First, the definition and the framework-picture of coal mine fateful accident combined emergency response plan system were offered; Secondly, general control procedure, professional procedure, supportive procedure and their organizational structures, material contents were introduced in detail, combined emergency response plan system is a contrast to traditional emergency response plan system; Finally, It was summarized that coal mine fateful accident combined emergency response plan system has the characteristic of systemic, well-organized and pertinence, also the combined emergency response plan system can provide guidance to coal mine emergency response plans composing.
