Design of Distributed Real-Time Process Control for Heating and Power Plant
This paper introduces the intelligent data acquisition network of the distributed real-time process control level in the heating and power plant and according to the situation that the equipments are distributed in different place in heating and power plant. The hardware and software design are also discussed. Three sides of structure function, communication and reliability with industry computer as process control level are described. The conventional control systems are still used in a great number of medium and small-sized power plants. The backwardness of the automatic control level of these systems severely affects the development of the DCS system in the supervision and the control system for the medium and small-sized power plants can not only solve the major control problems of the boiler and turbine sets, but also have a better comparison between the performance and the price, which is the best way of carrying out the technical renovation for the medium and small-sized power plants.
