Safety Monitoring System of Urban Subway
During the construction of urban subway tunnel the safety monitoring is very important To guarantee construction safety and engineering quality this paper puts forward a urban subway safety monitoring system in which three-dimension monitoring method is used to obtain the deformation of urban subway tunnel, the ground lidar surveying technology is used to build the 3D model for subway tunnel. Both the AETS and hydrostatic level are applied to get the high precision deformation value of subway tunnel. Quick computation and analysis of the monitoring data are vital to the whole engineering. As one part of the safety monitoring system a safety monitoring data processing software is designed to deal with the monitoring data and provide feedback information in time for the construction of subway tunnel engineering. The software realizes the functions of status query of monitoring point, analysis result with graph or tabulation. And according to data processing and analysis using a model interpolation method the deformation of subway tunnel is fitted finally. This software obtains the knowledge of the deformations regularity and tendency which provides the experience and the decision support for the design, construction and management of subway tunnel engineering. The urban subway safety monitoring system is applied on the construction of Beijing subway tunnel line 10. The result shows that the monitoring system can guarantee the high precision deformation values to be obtained and analyzed quickly and accurately and it provides the location and status of construction monitoring points and safety on construction effectively. The safety monitoring system supports strong technological support on the safety construction of subway tunnel.
