Study on a Chemical Hazard Early Warning Technology Platform
Technologies of Chemical Hazard Early Warning (CHEW) correlate with atmosphere science, environmental chemistry, safety science and spatial technologies and so on. Aiming at crucial issues of potential hazard brought out by chemical accidents, we propose a theoretic framework for technology platform of CHEW. Based on Natural Cybernetics Theory and the adjoint method, a CHEW system, including meteorological model, pollutant dispersion model and its adjoint model, is established. According to the early warning threshold system and the spatial-temporal change of polluting degree, information about warning grade and corresponding risk-control scenario is proposed, so realizing real-time assessment of the distribution of pollution to key targets caused by proliferation of mobile or fixed chemical sources. The spatial analytical system for CHEW realizes the real-time release of chemical early warning information through GIS platform.
