FTA for Fire and Poisoning in Shale Oil Refineries

摘要：

Fire and poisoning are common accidents in shale oil refineries. The paper establishes the figures of fault tree for dry distillation furnace fire, cool water pool fire and the top of dry distillation furnace respectively by employing fault tree analysis (FTA) method. Qualitative analysis is performed to discuss causes of the shale oil refinery fire and poisoning. Some improvement measures are promoted.
