Construction of Vulnerability Index System of Region Surrounding Major Hazard Installations

摘要：

In order to mitigate the consequence of industrial accidents to the region surrounding the major hazard installations, regional vulnerability surrounding major hazard installations was proposed via analyzing the release and transfer of energy from industrial accidents and the energy bearable threshold of vulnerability targets. Vulnerability index system of region surrounding the major hazard installations was constructed from two aspects: the exposure extent to disaster and damageable property of vulnerable targets. The vulnerability indices in the system and their characteristics were explained and calculation expressions of vulnerability were given.
