In this article the author unifies the thermal power production example, deeply analyzes the production-post and work of electricity generation enterprise, divides the risk into variable risk and invariable risk from the posts angel, and has established the risk assessment indicator system, has carried on the identification and the appraisal to the electricity generation production posts reality and the latent risk, has formulated controlling measures in advance to various posts of electricity generation enterprise, has realized the risk controlling management in advance of production post of electricity generation enterprise. This research has a useful value for the electricity generation enterprise to carry on risk controlling in advance of production post, and also has reference significance to other professions.
