Synthetic Evaluation of Enterprise Accident Loss Based on Grey System Theory
The accident loss synthetic evaluation is an important basis for analyzing the safety benefits of enterprises and directing decision-making of safety production. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to construct synthetic casualty ratio to evaluate casualties, and economic loss ratio per million production value to evaluate economic losses. Then the author tried to evaluate the accident loss of enterprises completely from two aspects, casualties and economic losses. Furthermore a grey forecasting model was established to predict synthetic casualty ratio and possible economic losses of enterprises in order to guide enterprises to produce safely and to prevent accidents.
