Study and Application on Safety Comprehensive Assessment of Man-Machine-Environment System for Highway Tunnel Construction
To grasp occurrence law of highway tunnel construction accidents, reduce accidents and ensure the safety of highway tunnel construction, this paper analyzed the influence to safety state of highway tunnel construction from four aspects: man, machine, environment and management, established safety assessment index system of highway tunnel construction based on the man-machine-environment and management system, and determined the system layer structure. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for highway tunnel construction was established and the weight of safety assessment index system and assessment set was determined by Delphi. By the study on application of the model, the paper did the assessment of four single factors: man, machine, environment and management and the whole comprehensive assessment of highway tunnel construction separately, and the result is that while understanding each factor of the system, the overall safety state of the system was gained. It is of practical value for application.
