Risk Assessments of Land Subsidence by Function Method
Land subsidence is one of the main urban geological disasters. Therefore, the features of the land subsidence and the damages should be recognized accurately. It is beneficial for our government and the society to take the effective preliminary to minimize the losses. The risk assessments of land subsidence not only come down to various influencing factors, but also apply necessarily some credible fundamental data. Based on the study of the operating steps of land subsidence risk, the paper applies the Indexing System Method in the land subsidence risk assessment, and transforms the main issue into the magnitude of risk subjected to this action, the quality evaluation is performed on whether quasi-quantifying evaluation method is reasonable by using risk function method. The analysis of the practical case shows that the quality evaluation method given here can not only help to identify the defects caused by human factors in the process of risk assessment, but also contribute to general identification of the results gained from the analysis.
