Safety Culture Connotation and Construction of Evaluation Indexes
There are so many different safety culture definitions which directly result in different research contents, then bring difficulties to enterprises practices. Aiming to this status, the paper analyzes main divergences in the so many different definitions, redefining and then research contents and directions are pointed out. The two concepts safety culture and safety climate contact closely, some differences between them are significant to safety culture research. The action principles of safety culture on enterprises safety performance are expounded and the advantages of safety culture evaluation comparing to traditional methods are also analyzed. Referencing the abroad research thought that finding common dimensions from research results on safety climate factor models, the key elements having great influence on safety performance are presented, and then basing on key elements safety culture evaluation indexes are constructed.
