Strategic Choices of Wind Power Industrial Development in Beijing

摘要：

The vigorous development and use of wind power is an important strategic choice to optimize the structure of energy resources,safeguard the security of energy resources,alleviate environmental pollution and balance the development of energy resources,economy and environment.Based on the analysis of the significance in developing wind power industry in Beijing and on the analysis of SWOT,a set of combined strategies on wind power industrial development,that is,value chains positioning strategy,extensions of industrial chains strategy,clustering development strategy,independent innovation and service strategy,import and cooperation strategy and professional talents training strategy,are proposed.
