摘要：

In the industry,there is no legal attaches great importance to the construction of recycling economy,making the relevant legislation is obviously lagging behind,resulting in a huge waste of resources,and people have no legal responsibility to punish,Based on the current cycle of economic and legal problems in the analysis,it proposes strengthening the legal construction in the economic cycle should be focused on the problem,with a view to drawing attention.
