The Function of Local Government in the Base Construction of Feature Industry

The base construction of feature industry has formed a high technology development model with a leading feature industry,which effectively promoted the formation of high technology industry cluster and the development of region economy.With the help and support of local government,the feature industry base has became the important carrier of local high-tech industry and region dominant industry.It also becomes the rising point of region economys sustainable development and the roll booster for the local industry adjustment and improvement.This article puts forward the problem and challenge in the development of feature industry base and discusses the possible action and model of local government in the feature industry base construction.
