Research on Industry Policy Environment for Enterprise Technological Innovation in Henan Province

摘要：

The technological innovation ability in a nation or a region is greatly decided by the support from governments industry policy.Starting with the analysis of the situation of industry policy for technological innovation in Henan Province,this article deals with the support from the present industry policy for the enterprise technological innovation and analyzes some existing problems.At last,it comes up with some suggestions on how to optimize the industry policy environment to promote enterprise technological innovation.
