Research on Environment Externality when Global Manufacturing Industry Outsourcing into China
Because environment has anti-exclusiveness and anti-competitiveness,the cost of environment resources fails to be internalized,and causes external non-economy.During the world manufacturing industry development,its externality often makes environment resources depleted,and environmental pollution deteriorated.So far,none of the typical industrial countries has ever avoided the process of the environment polluted first and then brought it under control.In the past over 20 years,the world manufacturing industry has transferred to China.China industry pollution mainly comes from manufacturing industry,and FDI absorbed by China mainly in manufacturing industry.If we cannot internalize resource cost,our welfare will decreases,even brings immiserizing growth.Thus,during the process of world manufacturing industry transference to China,it should confirm the marginal cost and income,improve the environment standards of manufacturing industry in accordance with requited use of resource and environment,and finally reach the goal of reducing environmental externality during the process of manufacturing industry transference to China.
