Research of the Development of Shanghai ICT Service Industry

摘要：

As an important part of KIBS (Knowledge Intensive Business Service),the distinct features of ICT (Information Communication Technology) service industry are the leadership in Innovation and high-level human resource.On the basis of analyzing the inherent correlative factors,by taking use of the methods of grey relatedness degree analysis,this paper gets to a conclusion about what are the important factors that strongly effect Shanghai ICT service industry development.There are high related degrees between the proportion of research expenditure in GDP.the ICT employeesaverage income/year and the ICT service industry development,this finding tells a truth that the high intelligence,R&D and innovation are the essence of ICT service industry.
