Study on Capability Innovation for Chinese Consulting Industry

摘要：

After analysis of domestic consulting industry as-is and general core competence,this paper raises competitive innovation based on methodology and illustrates the components of management consulting methodology through a BPR case from a global consulting firm Accenture.It is anticipated to bring instructiveness and applicable value to domestic consulting firm through this paper.
