The theory of cluster supply chain is based on theories of industrial clusters and supply chain management,cluster supply chain management can enhance the competition advantages of industrial clusters and small & medium enterprises in it.It illustrates how cluster supply chain affects the development and update of industrial cluster,analyzes the relationship between specialized market and industrial clusters,focuses on how specialized market affects cluster supply chain,and finally puts forward the measures of upgrade of specialized market.
