Promote the Transformation of Bonded Zones with Integration of Zone and Port Policy

摘要：

The paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the historical causes,administration pattern and malpractices of the present management system in the Bonded Zones.Based on the analysis,we puts forward that the bonded areas of China are just the first step of Free Trade Areas and it is different from those of the other countries.The final goal of development of Chinese Bonded Zone is transiting into the real Free Trade Areas,then we discuss the Integration of zone and port policy as one of the effective measures to promote the transition of the Bonded Zones towards Free Trade Areas.We also research the impact of integration policy on the Bonded Zones and draw several conclusions.
