Research on the Mechanism of Characteristic Industrial Clusters Absorption of Rural Labor Force for Employment
The formation of characteristic Industrial cluster can be divided into two kinds: crosswise and the longitudinaL No matter which way it is,the essence of forming process of characteristic Industrial cluster is the extending and bettering process of the industrial value chain Both crosswise gathering of similar enterprises and the longitudinal expansion of specialized enterprises make new professions enterprises unceasingly increase,thus brings massive employment posts.Because characteristic Industrial cluster has the characteristics of lower employment threshold,rural area location,and relative employment stability,it has very strong absorption effect of rural labor force.
