Investigation on Talent Staff Training Strategy in Modern Manufacturing Bases

摘要：

The building and fostering of the talent training is the key to the modem manufacturing base.To build the modem manufacturing bases,it should change the phenomenon of the lower quality and irrational structuro of the talent,the fundamental way is attached to the skills training of the staff,strengthening the vocational education and extensive vocational accreditation.
