Organization and Management of ZhongShan Electronic Base

摘要：

In this paper,we mainly discuss the organization and management of Zhong Shan Electronic Base.We first put forward the problems existed in many electronic information industry bases,then we make a thorough analysis on these problems.The innovated solutions are proposed in this paper,we also analyze the organization infrastructure and detailed management method.In the end,we point out the develoment trend of electronic industry bases.
