Industrial Clusters is now one of the important features of industry organization development and have a clear competitive advantage.Based on the in-depth research of Wuhan optoelectronics information industry and the analysis of influencing factors,this paper gives the development model of the construction of Wuhan optoelectronics information industry and path selection according to Michael Porters industrial cluster theory to enhance Wuhan optoelectronics information industry clusters effect and global competitiveness.
