Study on Industry Selection of Taizhou Expressway Company
Taizhou expressway construction Co.Ltd.is a state-owned enterprise of great economic strength.According to the particularity of expressway enterprises,the enterprise is facing impact of policy constraint and market change,as a conclusion,enterprise restructuring is imperative.This thesis brings up the thought train of Taizhou expressway industry selection in order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises,through analyzing the necessity and feasibility of Taizhou expressway restructuring based on two basic models of corporate restructuring.
