Subdivision Study on Urban Residents Housing Affordability

摘要：

Recently,with the increasing of the housing price and the expanding of residential income gap,housing problems have been becoming apparent day by day and that displays the market mechanisms disadvantage to some extent.In this situation,government policy macro control and housing security implementation just become the key to solve problems.Based on the unreasonable housing affordability classification situation in previous housing security research,in this paper,we put forward a subdivision research on urban residents housing affordability.The aim of this research is mainly to definite the housing security policys implementation object and optimize housing resource allocation.
