Analysis of the Industrial Development Location Choices Influencing Factors
With the social development and progress,the major economic industry has experienced the course of agriculture towards industry,and access to the information industry.In the 21 st century,the world economy has been gradually entering the era of knowledge economy.Todays industrial structure emerged mainly in high-tech industry,with which agriculture economy,industrial economy and knowledge based industry coexist.Many places set off the industrial park construction climax with the purpose of focusing on human,material and financial resources to realize the intensification of production of products,thereby promoting a regional economic development.However,the location and form layout of different industries (agriculture,industry and the information industry,etc) have their unique characteristics and factors such as the surrounding natural factors and constraints of social factors.At the same time,it influences environment,economy and social development of the mounding areas.To some extent,the location selection of industrial district decides the success of the project and regional development.By analysing the characteristics of various industrial layout,constraints and development conditions,the thesis describes the basis for the location and layout form of different industries particularly high-tech industries,trying to explore the basis for industrial development and location choice in order to promote the development of industrial district building.
