Connotation Study on Functional Innovation of Chinas National New & Hi-Tech Zone

摘要：

This article puts forward the concepts of basic function,normal function,special function and networking function based on the internal logic relationship of Chinas national new & hi-tech zone.The author explores the functional connotation of New Undertaking for national new & high-tech zone in this new era,namely,as the core function of new & hi-tech zone its basic function shall not only be R&D and incubation but also industry development; normal function refers to functions of concentration,decentralization,demonstration,opening-up,reform and community; special function means the function and ability of building-up of special industry and specialized park.This connotation study on functional-innovation would give a theory guideline to build a national new & hi-tech zone into an innovative park.
