The Dynamic Relationship between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Jiangsu Province
The paper analyzes the dynamic relations between industrial structure and employment structure.The results show that primary industry performs a reservoir function of labor force obviously.The secondary industrys structure has a bigger improvement in deviation degrees between industrial structure and employment structure and still has some distances for harmony development.The tertiary industrys structure has already achieved the harmony development level on the whole,but still has a long way to go compared with the developed country.
