Establishing the Development Strategies of the Special Industrial Clusters for Underdeveloped Regions in China
Previous studies of corporation innovation focused on functions and advantages of industrial clusters,but very rarely have investigated deeply how the local governments of underdeveloped regions establish their industrial clusters.This study analyzes the disadvantages among policy support,infrastructure,service platform,corporate resource,industry efficiency,human resources and so forth.We illuminate the development strategies of the special industrial clusters for underdeveloped regions.(1) The guidance of the government and the orientation and layout of the industrial clusters.(2) The establishments of public Infrastructure and the construction of industrial park.(3) Resource advantage discovery and industry chain conformity.(4) Talents system building and high quality talents attraction scheme.
