The Study on Public Administration Power in Vertical Extension of Industrial Chain

摘要：

The extension of industrial chain can bring high efficiency,but in the process of vertical integration,the vertical restraints based on the public administration power reduce its efficiency.The paper define relevantly notional and analyze the impair of this restraints and regulated dilemma,then puts forward cotmtermeasures about regulated.
