Empirical Analysis of Enterprises Platform Integration

摘要：

With the growing popularity of the Enterprise Application Software,such as Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Customer Relationship Management systems,the enterprises,in China,focus on integrating ERP with CRM.Through Case studies of the Telecom enterprise,we survey the flaws in implementing the integration.The purpose of this study is to suggest several critical factors for the integration.
