Zhejiang Private Capital: Resplendence, Bewilderment and Outwards Movement Strategy——another way of private businesses internationalization
While having brilliant success domestically, Zhejiang private capital shows its shortcomings and bewilderment abroad. After having experienced the investment and resources driven stages,enterprises should go to the innovation driven stage. However, considerable private enterprises have skipped this stage and entered into the next--fortune driven stage directly. Those enterprises invest huge money into real estate, manufacturing, commerce and mining, in which the market supply has already exceeded demand The ezcessive capital operation prevents those businesses from investing their money into more valuable uses and causes many problems. At the same time, tho money that the outwards moving strategy needs is more insufficient. However, tho outwards moving strategy is necessary for the development of private businesses in Zhejiang, and the present situation is conducive to the strategy both internationally and nationally. This paper discusses the guiding principles, fields,main types and basic strategies with regard to foreign investment of Zhejiang private capital.
