FDI Technology Spillovers Positively Determined from Human Resources Capital

摘要：

This paper pays particular attention to the role of human capital in technology spillovers from FDI. Through the establishment of theoretical model and the use of serial data, this paper finds that the level and distribufing structure of human resource capital have a great effect on the technology spillover. Case analysis of comparison of pearl river delta and Yangtze river delta area in China fan give a demonstration.
