A Research on the Risks of China Companys Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

摘要：

With the fast development of Chinas outward economy, more and more China companies carry out their FDI strategy, but risks of FDI have also caused large loss to some companies. The paper firstly expounded the status of China FDI, then, analyzed the main risks of FDI based on the its practice.At last, it brought forward some countermeasures of how to decrease FDI risks and promote China FDI develop fasdy, continuously and health.
